Vintage 1920s Brown & Polson's Blancmange Mold Golf Collection A salad or dessert handA refined expression of early twentieth century English tablecraft, this Brown and Polsons blancmange mold is rendered in porcelain rather than metal, lending it a softer, more luminous presence. Its gently fluted form was designed to give structure to delicate desserts, turning a simple blancmange into something sculptural and composed. The porcelain carries a subtle sheen, catching light along each curve while maintaining a smooth, even surface.
