Order Of The Black Eagle - Merit Medal certificate_of_authenticity Royal Canadian Corps of SignalsHighest Albanian Order, established in 1914 by Prince William of Wied (Prince of Albania). Merit medal 1st. Class in gilded bronze (gilding completely worn off, only traces remain). Medal measures 39mm, without ribbon. In very good condition, and scarce.
