Fabien aims to capture the fresher side of Pinot and these reds are lithe and effortless and not at all worked

This vintage has a pale peach hue

and this one has seen a portion of the fruit fermented in oak which gives further depth and complexity

Lush and fruity on the palate it finishes with a crisp touch of grapefruit

Redbank Redbank Victorian Pinot Grigio 2025 alsace Shiraz grown in the redPale straw with green gold tints. There are aromas of fresh Corella pear with subtle undertones of musk, pink roses and spice. Generous flavours of pear and apple compote are balanced by refreshing grapefruit acidity. The finish is crisp and fresh, true to the Grigio style.
