Gaviscon Advance Assorted, 500ml benzac adults and the elderlyGaviscon Advance is one of the best options when it comes down to the Gaviscon range. This is because of the higher concentration of sodium alginate. Alginate is actually extracted from seaweed so it's totally natural which is nice. What alginate does is create a foam layer on top of the stomach contents which is what helps to prevent acid reflux or pepsin being refluxed. Pack Size: 500ml Dosage and Directions: Take 5 10 ml (one to two 5 ml spoonfuls)
